April 11-13 (Friday – Sunday) &
May 3-5 (Saturday – Monday)
Note:
All participants are required to attend all day during all sessions, including the sessions that fall on Friday and on Monday.
Course Costs:
• Total cost for the course is $240. Training materials, Wood Badge recognition items, food, and camping fees are included.
• A $75 deposit is required with the Wood Badge application.
• Pre-registration is required.
Course Uniform:
For the course, Scouters will need a complete field uniform for the program in which they are registered. Whatever full "Class A" means to your unit is what you will wear. This should include shirt, pants, or shorts with the appropriate socks and belt. You will be issued two Class B "activity" tee shirts upon arrival at the course, and you will be directed when to appear in Class A or B throughout the course. Information on other clothing and equipment needs will be provided to each registered participant prior to the course.
Course Location:
Horseshoe Scout Reservation
Peach Bottom, PA & Rising Sun, MD
All sessions will be held at Horseshoe Scout Reservation in southern Chester County. This is Chester County Council’s Scout camp. Training sessions will be in an enclosed pavilion and outdoors. Attendees will be housed in cabins on the first weekend; personal camping equipment will be used the second weekend.
